What does chia taste like?

Chia seeds have a very mild, neutral flavor. When mixed with liquid they develop a creamy texture and absorb surrounding flavors.

What’s the texture like?

Chia seeds absorb 10–12 times their weight in liquid. As they hydrate, the soluble fiber in the seed coat forms a natural gel, creating the creamy texture known as chia pudding.

In Chialove, we also add oats, which soften overnight and bring a smooth, comforting creaminess to the mix. The result is a texture that’s both creamy and slightly spoonable—somewhere between chia pudding and overnight oats.

Is this a chia pudding?
