What does chia taste like?

Chia seeds have a very mild, neutral flavor. When mixed with liquid they develop a creamy texture and absorb surrounding flavors.
What’s the texture like?

Chia seeds absorb 10–12 times their weight in liquid. As they hydrate, the soluble fiber in the seed coat forms a natural gel, creating the creamy texture known as chia pudding.

In Chialove, we also add oats, which soften overnight and bring a smooth, comforting creaminess to the mix. The result is a texture that’s both creamy and slightly spoonable—somewhere between chia pudding and overnight oats.
Is this a chia pudding?

Not exactly. Chialove is inspired by chia pudding, but it’s designed to be a better, more balanced breakfast.

Traditional chia pudding is usually just chia seeds mixed with liquid. Chialove blends chia, oats, and real ingredients to create a creamier texture, more satisfying bite, and a more complete breakfast.

What's the difference with overnight oats?

Traditional overnight oats are made mainly with oats that soften in liquid overnight. Chialove is built around chia seeds, which naturally absorb liquid and create a creamy, pudding-like texture while delivering powerful nutrition.

    Flavors are very mild but good

    I really love a couple of these flavors (chocolate cake and blueberry are great!) but some of the others have such mild flavors I can't even tell what they're supposed to be. The caramel macchiato tastes like just oatmeal and chia! The texture is great, though, especially with milk but surprisingly still good with water too!

    Love love love

    Love this! I used to make my own chia pudding every morning but couldnt figure out how to get different flavors without taking forever in the morning. These packets make my mornings quick and easy and give me a variety of flavor options that so far have all been delicious!
