Chia seeds have a very mild, neutral flavor. When mixed with liquid they develop a creamy texture and absorb surrounding flavors.

Chia seeds absorb 10–12 times their weight in liquid. As they hydrate, the soluble fiber in the seed coat forms a natural gel, creating the creamy texture known as chia pudding.

I am obsessed!
Although I've only tried 2 of the variety of flavors, I am obsessed! Mixing CL for the next day has become part of my evening ritual and it makes me so happy. I am so glad I tried this product when I first saw it at my local big-box store & that my healthy app said "yes, it is good for you; try it"! Yum!!
